Undergraduate opportunities |

Each year, Kier employs up to 80 undergraduates on supervised industrial training and summer vacation placements. Many of these are then sponsored by Kier for the remainder of their degree courses. Kier also employs up to 100 graduates annually throughout its operating companies, including its design company, Kier Engineering Services, and overseas, with Kier Construction.
Undergraduates on a placement with Kier are developed through our undergraduate development programme, with an emphasis on site based learning, supplemented with off the job training courses.
Graduates of all disciplines go on to our unequalled graduate training programme, which includes professional training to chartered status as well as an in-house management development training scheme.
At Kier we are strongly committed to investing in people of the calibre to become our future professional managers and directors. Many of Kier’s senior managers and directors joined us as graduates and have progressed to their current positions through hard work and dedication.
